WHAT'S IN AN ACAI BOWL?
This acai bowl recipe is a healthy way to include all your favorite fruits such as strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, and banana blended with any kind of milk or water. Blended this creates a creamy smoothie served in a bowl.
You can top off your acai bowl with an assortment of fruits, nuts, seeds, crunchy granola and you’ve got yourself a great healthy way to start the day. Sometimes I even like to add peanut butter since I do have a sweet tooth.
Although most people eat this for breakfast, you can also enjoy this superfood at anytime time of day.
BERRY ACAI BOWL RECEPE
- Add whichever toppings you want such as banana slices, kiwi, raspberries, blueberries, cocoa nibs, granola, coconut, chia seeds, etc.
- Serves up to 2 people.
